If I could put no star I definitely will. Nurse do not call and f/u with pt care or notify w/ arrangements. They never could apply the appropriate equipment when needed, needless to say, Aid was no different. She only provided a back and hand bath, and found it beneficial to bring her kids to work. Apparently they delete the negative posts to save the business. Yes there was another one star but, has been deleted.
My experience with CenterWell has been great. They are so respectful and understanding.
