Ron had an emergency with clogged up catheter and Lisa came immediately after getting the call.
Staff very attentive, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We utilized Nursing, OT and PT. All were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed
Awful response time and hard to get them to respond at all. They have a high turnover rate and the people often don’t know how to interact in a professional manner.
CenterWell Home Health has been amazing to work with. Megan Greenwood has been my dad's bath aide and has provided homemaker services for my dad since 2022. Megan always goes above and beyond for my dad, and always makes him feel very comfortable in a very vulnerable situation. The scheduling coordinators and director at the Urbandale location are horrible! They need some additional training in interpersonal skills, communication, professional conduct, and problem resolution. I'm trying to help my dependent and vulnerable parents navigate the numerous appointments and every time I've called with concerns or questions, they are reluctant to help and just say we'll make a note of it. They never call and confirm details with me even though I've asked them to since my parents have memory problems. They... read more
