Advertises home health aides and doesn’t have any. Called the number and wasn’t told they didn’t have any or would have used Amedysis. Wound supplies didn’t arrive repeatedly and were the wrong items needed when three boxes finally did arrive. Different wound nurses who didn’t have advanced experience or availability to meet patient’s needs. Should have had OT care and social work support immediately after RN evaluation and didn’t get it.
CenterWell Home Health Bluffton branch is a top agency in my opinion. They are very fortunate to have Renee Noack on their team. Renee is a nurse that is smart, kind and a problem solver. She takes time to listen and come up with helpful answers. They are also very responsive after hours, which not all agencies are.
I would like to thank Shelby who took the time late in the evening to drive immediately to my parents home. She was an hour away, arrived on time, and took great care of my dad when he really needed help. My parents just love you! Thank you for showing that you care and for excelling at your job! It only takes one apple to spoil the bunch! I have had really good care with this company until one rotten apple came along and cancelled my nursing.
