The nurses and PT,Anita,care about their clients.
The V A selected this company for me after they selected the last company. The physical therapist first called my sister which is my emergency contact after I did not answer the phone. I consider it not an emergency if I do not answer the phone. This company does not agree and said they would remove the contact fromy file. The therapist comes out and basically says that she cannot do her job because the travel trailer that I live in is in safe. I have reported this to the V A.
