Poor and sad need help wont give it
Unlike in the past, the care plan seems to be “on the fly” - different therapists every time, scheduled as late as 12 hours before (no scheduled days or times), little communication btw therapists and point of contact in the family as to care plan or progress or percentage of approved therapy used this far. That said and even though we feel as if we are in the dark a lot of the time as to what to expect from the coming week, the therapists have all been kind and knowledgeable.
Entire staff was delightful! Delivering great care with each and every visit. We appreciate you!
