My grandma isn't entirely there. She isn't deemed incapacitated. I do have power of attorney and whatnot over her, and I understand it doesn't mean everything, but I told them several times to let me know if she tried to cancel the services or if the service was canceled. They did not, until I reached out to them. She canceled the PT service, and when I asked her, she said she didn't and doesn't remember anything... okay, cool. My husband has been receiving therapy from CenterWell since December 2024. All of the providers have been absolutely wonderful! Carlee, Clay, Mallory, Jennifer, Daerrica,Brittany, LeeAnn, Cozetta and Ashlynn have been caring, considerate and very kind. He always looks forward to the visits.

Great experience with home therapy! Kendall was very helpful, considerate of my schedule, and always concerned with my level of pain. Would highly recommend!
