Nurse Michelle was great and professional. The office manager was degrading, condescending and unprofessional to speak to. Don’t try to speak to her about a concern because she interrupts you and doesn’t listen. Because of this experience I won’t be a part of anything Centerwell!

Extremely disappointed with this company. They came to evaluate my mother prior to beginning occupational and physical therapy and documented that she was walking independently and not in a wheelchair, which was completely false. In reality, she was unable to walk and required full wheelchair assistance. Because of their inaccurate evaluation, she did not receive the necessary therapy and has declined significantly since then. I contacted the company a month ago to request a new evaluation and to correct the false notes, but... read more
