Horrible Experience! Mike VanDam requested final payment without the job being completed. Then when he gave us his final bill it was for roughly $7000 more than expected. Mike charged us for items that he didn't install and a more expensive paver that wasn't used. Fortunately we pushed back. Mike got hostile and we had to get the police involved. Then in the last month we realized our project was built without a required permit. Our pergola will not pass inspection. We have drainage issue that will cost big $$$'s to repair. ... read more
