When the moving van showed up on a Sunday to deliver our stuff, we found equipment in the unit we rented. Called the manager on duty, and he responded immediately. We showed up and gave us another unit and told us he'd figure out the paperwork later. Our move in was delayed only by 10 minutes. Every business makes mistakes, but it's how they resolve the issue that counts. These guys solved the problem right away, no excuses. Can't recommend them highly enough.
