My daughter and grandchildren lives in these things called apt homes and her downstairs closet and living room is always flooding coming thru walls from apt next door and maintenance or management isn't doing anything to correct this hazard that causes mildew and mold in walls I don't care how many times they have changed management it's still crap!!!!!!
