Unfortunately I can't say I got good customer service. I was seen by Claudia.. She was so nice when she took me to view the apartment and took my application fee on July8,2026. I was approved by the 15 for 500 dollar deposit yet no one said not one word to me.I called July 13 and was told how much my deposit was and the RFTA would be done by 3pm. I called again on July 20 and she told me my RFTA would be done by the end of the day she had an attitude and I didn't understand why. My problem is my lease is up on the 31 and aft... read more
Moses thank GOD for Moses he was a lifesaver and stress reliever. He made the process seamless and stress free. He walked me through the entire process. The other staff members like Claudia and Miss Monique also made me feel welcomed like I was coming home. Not to mention the amenities pool gym club house and the walking trails with a beautiful park across the street. The property is well maintained. Thank you again Moses!!❤️
I am so grateful for Moises, he has been AMAZING and he kept his word with keeping us fully updated, and though we didnt get what we wanted because of previous time wasted, we atleast got a place to call home. If your going to apply/move in I HIGHLY reccomend and suggest going STRAIGHT to moises and letting him help you with all your app and apt needs! 💪
If you’re planning to move here, make sure they walk you through the towing process instead of just allowing them to give you a paper and send you on your way. They are in cahoots with the towing company and there’s a malicious practice going on at this property. the pool is green, they said it will be ready after Memorial Day It’s after Memorial Day and I will be adding a photo to this review shortly. Negotiate lower rent or lease termination because not having a clean pool for the residents to use is a breach of contract.
Moses was such a great help! Super friendly and made me feel comfortable about signing a lease here.
