Save yourself headache, time, & money! This is by far one of the WORST places I have ever done business with! There’s literally an ENDLESS list of things I could complain about-but I’ll give you the short version up front: their shady, they lie, they have incompetent office staff, & they refuse to process payment on a VALID credit card (even though their website clearly states they accept credit card). Awesome! – I am very pleased by the service we received from this company. I called them to clean our chimney and was told our chimney did not need cleaned. At first we were concerned.... and the owner came out to our home and pulled out the fireplace insert to show us the walls of our chimney. Wow! Customer service like that is unheard of in today's society!
