I am a new patient here with Dr. Chuck after several years of care with our family PCP who recently retired….. The front desk staff is very promp, friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Chuck was absolutely amazing. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming & willing to help me as a new patient at my age.
I love my Dr.chuck osuagwu and the young ladies that work in the medical center Jenny,Karina,carla.They are so sweet and nice,Professional.They always refer messages to Dr.Chuck if I need something or having any kind of medical problem.He listens to what you have to say and checks and treats you.And they all get it done fast.I have already referred co-workers to him.They are Great!!!If you are looking for a new Dr and Place to go for medical care Tr Centerville Medical Center and Dr Chuck
Dr Chuck is awesome. He listens to your concerns and considers options to provide the best medical treatments to better your health. The staff shows kindness and very respectful.
