Sell a decent home build but the process is a pain in the arse....
The Centerville Homes after construction service is excellent. An issue relating to the routing of the pipe for radon mitigation system was found and once Centerville Homes was notified they quickly responded and had the piping re-routed. My wife and I are very glad to have chosen Centerville Homes when we had our home built and recommend them highly.
FIND A BUILDER THAT HAS THE INTEGRITY TO KEEP THEIR WORD FROM THE START While I see this builder has had good reviews, all I can share is our personal negative experience in the hopes it helps others on how things can transpire if you don’t stay on top of the entire building process right from the start.
