Horrible! This office treated my 69 year old husband very rudely when he came for a hearing test and refused to provide the test. He has his United Healthcare Complete insurance card with him as well as all of the information on his new policy that just became effective. Despite the fact that I had spoken to insurance representatives for both plans the day before who told me that no referral was necessary and that they could fax the doctors' office any needed information, the office refused to provide the hearing test.
