I started at this gym about six months ago after moving back to Dayton from Cincinnati and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I've been a member at several gyms and I have to say this gym is the best I've been part of. The workout programing is amazing and the coaches are hands on in each class. The community is very welcoming and supportive as well. Overall, if you want functional fitness and a great community, this is the place to be.

It’s been a great experience. It started with my son and his SDK football team training with Coach Recob. The boys were fired up to go! My son made solid strides with the team and one on one coaching. The best part was Coach Recob’s personal training and making sure every station was done correctly, too many times I have watched that not being the case. I can also say I’m in the best shape I’ve been in years. This has been a big win!
If you want excellent coaching this is your place. Whether beginner or advanced, they care about every athlete regardless of ability and will catch/correct the smallest areas for improvement. Throw in great community in top of it and you can’t go wrong.
