“Loveee it here!! And they wax so well ” was my five star review from three years ago. Im editing my review currently because I hadn't been here in about a year and went in for my normal waxing appointment, and an older lady named mellisa i believe messed them up soo bad.. theyre uneven and splotchy and i asked her to fix them and she claims its hard because my brows are naturally uneven.. I went in for a quick pedicure on Friday. Checked their website before to see their pedicure menu and they had 3 options/pedicure levels. Called and came in, was seated quickly. I said I wanted the basic pedicure with gel polish and was never given the pedicure menu. Halfway through, she’s using hot stones and I realize they signed me up for the most expensive pedicure without asking me.
