Unfortunately I have had a loved one brought here twice and both times we received zero help. This second time they were released despite disclosing testimony that they are a significant threat to themselves and others. Words cannot describe my distress and disappointment as a direct result of the “care” at this facility.

This is very specifically for a woman named Stephanie Talbot I believe who answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, I truly believe I have never talked to a more kind individual while scheduling any kind of appointment. It was such a joy and she was able to help me so quickly after I have struggled for months to get an appointment anywhere. I am amazed at this individual she deserves a party.

Please stop prescribing lithium to ppl with severe trauma . Treat autistic kids better they ain't brats most of the time the kids I saw there were confused and scared as hell, like drugging them ain't gonna help. First time I went there kids told me they were on a specific med for addiction/self harm . I asked about this, they told me I wouldn't be needed. Centerstone is a great place to work. I started back in October and I feel it has been a great fit for me. I feel valued and like I'm making a difference in the lives of the clients that we serve.
