The place was dirty. I was there for 3 days April 2025 and we all had to wear blue scrubs. Not sure why since the website says you wear your own clothes. The nurse spoke about why I was there in front of everyone. I wasn’t allowed to have my jewelry. The showers were disgusting. I was given my medication and immediately felt like I got a UTI.

I would especially like to mention Yvonne as during my crisis she went way and above to seek me help and not separate me and my support dog. People out there need to know Yvonne is a genuine person who cares. A lot of us think Centerstone gets a bad rap I have never been there impatient I dealt with Yvonne to figure out how to keep me and my dog together and get the help I need and for that I am forever grateful if you need help and you know you do but you keep putting it off and off it will only get worse until you are brok... read more

Stay far away from the disgusting facility . Patient are often in overflow and sleep in the ground for many knights . There usage of ETO and restraints needs to be audited

This is a review for the last time I spent a little time here. It was very comfortable and well kept up with and all but one nurse was nice one was just plain rude. But was easy to deal with. My time there was quit pleasant. The staff made sure you were ok. And if you were hungry and you walked up to basically any staff member and said. I'm hungry. They would get you a snack. And can go about your day. Now the time after that id say about 5 months later. Well in those 5 months I'm now wearing a heart monitor. And now they do... read more
