The worst ever. The staff lies. Ms Popova, medication person, lied and claimed she had been calling me with no answer. I told her my phone is in my my hand and she had not called. She argued with me saying she did call. She lies. We were scheduled to do a zoom call. When she call I asked about Zoom. She said “by the time YOU sign into zoom, I’ll be finished. Unbelievable. Strongly would recommend to not go to Centerstone if you are looking for help. The nurse practitioner, Ben Leven, does not care about the mental health of the patients. Previously diagnosed with ADD/ADHD from a behavioral therapist, yet he disagrees and would not help. After I called him out about not caring about his patients, he proceeded to say “thank you have a good day”, and hung up the phone. Unacceptable in this line of practice.

Expect the same disrespect you get in most health care facilities if you are Transgenders in Indiana. They who work here have rights you don’t this is Indiana.very few exhibit professionalism, maturity, or any knowledge of your health care needs. It stems from religious and personal bias and hateful hearts. Don’t expect much.

I’ve never written a review on anyone or any company before but if this stops even one person from going to Centerstone, then I’m happy. This is the worst treatment I’ve ever received. The psychologists are arrogant, rude and honestly complete puppets of the system. They never explained anything to me or even cared to. just throw anti depressants and sedatives at you to get you in and out. I saw three different doctors here.
