I personally felt ignored and discriminated against the whole time. As if I were only there to collect money from the state and not as a person seeking help. Not an abnormal experience in healthcare, but this location was a mixed bag for me. Some of the people giving care went extra out of their and were nice. But the management and some of the professionals were very poorly handling everything. For example, it would take them months to do something as basic as pull a file even with constant reminders. They have been great!
I've been to a lot of counselors over the years but not all of them have made me feel heard or understood like I felt here for the first time in a long time. I'm looking forward to future sessions.
I have been a patient of Centerstone for over 20 years and have severe panic attacks and anxiety. I had a really good doctor and then he was gone without notice and for the last two years I've had nothing but trouble and no trust in the care I am receiving now because I was stripped of medicine that made a difference in my life and told give up your other medicine and we will give back what we took away.
