Went to Center stone a couple years ago. The counselor was young, and very sweet, but after a couple of sessions it seemed like grade school, with a bunch of paper homework. I’m a senior. I recently asked if someone older worked there, because I believe an older person would be able to relate, better. After talking to the receptionist, she said they wouldn’t take my Medicare. This place could care less especially front off Jennifer. I asked for her to email me something in my own file she refused but she can send my stuff to other people but not to me I am in php for my mental health but want send me my own records
I personally felt ignored and discriminated against the whole time. As if I were only there to collect money from the state and not as a person seeking help. Not an abnormal experience in healthcare, but this location was a mixed bag for me. Some of the people giving care went extra out of their and were nice. But the management and some of the professionals were very poorly handling everything. For example, it would take them months to do something as basic as pull a file even with constant reminders.
