Just started here, and it is the most gracious treatment I've ever gotten in mental health. I feel treated like a whole human rather than a task to get through. Being able to switch an in-person appointment to a video call on short notice makes a huge difference, and it's an option I've never been given elsewhere. Getting at least a little therapy even if I'm very late means so much to me. Fantastic experience, they all take the time to get to know you and your life. They are not openly judgemental and give you the time you need to process the situation or what they need to do to help you as a individual and not just another number.
