2025 update- Ms. Ebony, Dr. Baig; thank you for proving that actually listening to consumers is best. My counselor, Paige, is amazing. First person in the field to actually listen to me. I told them what I specifically wanted in a counselor, and they provided.
Don't bother if you need your medication filled, they wont trust other medical professionals recommendation because they'll insist on putting you through an entirely new process of diagnosis regardless. They want money, not to help people.
I cannot say a single negative thing about a single person I've met at this clinic! I've been a patient at the MAT clinic for almost a year and everyone I've encountered has been not only supportive but an exceptional example of humanity. Keep an open mind when reading reviews. There are hundreds of people that come to this clinic. There has to be rules in place and some are not going to be understanding or appreciative. I made a very simple request to obtain my therapy records and was first given an email address in which I received an auto-reply telling me I had to wait my turn but apparently my turn never came because I have yet to hear back from anyone. I also left a voicemail for the records guy but he never as much as returned the phone call either. Guess they had better things to do. We should all be so lucky as to have a job where we can choose when and when not we feel like doing it.
