To be honest, if I could give zero stars, I would my daughter was involved in Wrap Around services that we desperately needed and had waited a long time for only for them to decide they were no longer offering wraparound services after providing poor service they sent us to a provider in Bedford, who refused to even see us in person and would only do virtual, which was not what we signed up for nor agreed to the therapist and life skills coaches are not dedicated. This is a great place, I have received a lot of services and support. They are very caring and helpful. I recently went through the CRT program and it was a great program. The staff there are wonderful, caring, and helpful. The helped me in my recovery tremendously and the things they teach have been very helpful.
