The folks at Centerstone regard the patients as incoming cash-flow and little more. They don't try to hide this. Maybe some patients can work with this; I can't. They've left me far worse off than before. I'm suffering, and desperate.

I have been trying to get an appointment with a Centerstone location since the end of October. Had my initial intake call, all insurance benefits were discussed, and was informed that I would receive a call to set up my appointment. Weeks go by, and no call. I called them back, and was told the proper person would contact me. An appointment was then set up for the first week of December. Someone even contacted me the night before to verify things. I had Hilary and had the worst experience I have ever had. She called my PCP on the 3rd request and then lied about it saying she never spoke to my PCP. She also lied about not changing any meds when she had added Buspar. Terrible provider! Dr. Batson is no better. She holds meds if you don't do as she requests, which is illegal. Hope they enjoy the audit.
