Everyone was very welcoming and professional. Highly recommend dr.Heartman for special needs individuals.
I have been taking my nephew here to see providers and so far I can say the customer service was OK until today 8/21/25. I ended up going back to the facility because I needed a form signed for my nephew, but for some reason, the lady at the window next to where you check in when you first come in, decided to have a attitude when I was asking if a Nurse could fill out the form so I could return it back to his school. I attended this clinic for a year and a half and this clinic enjoys violating the confidentiality rights of the patient. They enjoy talking with there co workers and the problems there patients are trying to get help with.
Time spent at Centerstone: Almost 2yrs. Window workers: polite, and pleasant always Pharmacy staff: thoughtful, low wait time, addressed by name, ensures you are aware of proper use of all your meds, always allows for questions or concerns.
