Awful experience and awful staff. Had me wait for over 2 hours past the scheduled appointment time, then after I asked the receptionist what was going on she let me fill out paperwork with a terrible attitude. When I finally spoke to the counselor, she asked many questions but then cut me off when I tried to answer. She made multiple jokes at my expense - which is definitely not a good way to get someone struggling to open up - and even outright stated that my problems were my own fault because I am a man. They are taking my wife’s medicine she needs to survive she has cancer and the so called doctor took her medication she needs to be able to take the treatments she needs

I’ve been going to Centerstone for a few months now and they seem like an okay place. The only thing is, it is extremely hard to get ahold of the office. I know I’ve tried multiple times during multiple different business hours and days to get ahold of them and get sent to voicemail. The thing with the voicemail is that they do not have one. You can’t leave a message or anything and I don’t believe they call you back when they notice a missed call.

I recently completed an appointment that included a doctor who had not reviewed my file, my medications nor the time on the medications. She did not know the dosage either. She was quick to change my meds even though I had been doing well for over a year on that regimen. She told me to “choose one,” when referring to changing my medication. It wasn’t of a concern to her how this would affect me, only that she could eliminate one of my medications as she said “they” prefer we don’t prescribe this.
