Patients suffering from maladies from mild anxiety up to paranoid schizophrenia are being taken off their meds cold turkey. Prescribers are suddenly accusing even long-term clients of being drug seekers and junkies simply because they need their meds. There has been at least one suicide as a result. Stay away from Centerstone if you are seeking compassionate, professional care.
they was very rude.I have a mental health prob. and she told me to deal with it.they told me it would be at least a yr. before they could see me made me very uncomfortable
I wouldn't even give them one star if I could. Tthe turn around rate on therapist were horrible. You leave them voicemails, but they will NEVER return your call. There is supposed to be someone in the Mooresville office but they are not, and when you speak to the Martinsville Office they will tell you "o she only comes in when she wants to, and if she doesn't feel like coming in, she won't". They will tell you, you have a balance but between Bloomington, Mooresville, and Martinsvill they have no idea how much you owe or even... read more
One of the receptionists at the Madison Tn location is the rudest non-caring person I have ever met. It is clear she cares about herself and not patients. She is constantly threating to cut off medicine from patients and kick them out of the facility. Apparently supervisors at this location don't care, as they do not return phone calls. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
They would not help me as far as allowing me to bring my toddler with me. I had no one to keep him but desperately needed help. They didn't care.
The doctors, counselors are there to help you. They will work to make sure you are on the right path. If you have a problem with finding housing, a job or filing for disability; they, will help you. Just awesome. I have been well for 4 years and I couldn't aske for better help.
I would definely not recommend!!!!!!
