I wish I could give you negative stars. My experience with Centerstone during a severe mental health crisis was negligent and profoundly damaging. My assigned therapist abandoned me by canceling sessions, effectively choosing to punish me for the symptoms of the depression I was fighting. When I desperately reached out to Centerstone Administration to escalate my care, the receptionist offered a completely useless 'we'll get back to you,' demonstrating a chilling indifference to my stated crisis, including suicidal thoughts ... read more

I'm a returning client to CenterStone after many years of being able to stand on my own. So to speak. So I had one appointment over a month ago after going to the emergency room. Still hadn't heard back from them until I called a few days ago, and now they sent a letter saying that they had tried to call me a number of times. Lol what a lie!
