A good place to go when and if you are struggling with mental health and need help.
I have been with Centerstone for several years, probably going on 10 at least. My nurse practitioner retired in March, and I was never contacted by Centerstone to let me know she had left. My Practitioner had been great the whole time I was with them, so if I were only giving her a review it would be 5 star. I found out near the end of May beginning of June because my meds were due to be renewed but they were unable due to the fact I didn't have any refills. I was having a rough time and called them. Want someone local to talk to. They said something about "finishing" my therapy with the other guy? What... Yeah. How do you finish therapy? They turned me down. Great place ... Not
