If you call to try to get them to call the Rx in, they claim that they're too busy and understaffed to PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL THE PHARMACY!!! It's as if they WANT to cause a MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS!! There should be better coordination between the "Doctor" and the appointment-setter!
