I want to begin by acknowledging my therapist, Ashley, who has been a tremendous support to me over the past few months. I repeatedly asked the front desk & billing department if I had an unpaid balance. they always said no, but this year I received a $300+ bill in the mail for every visit from the last year. my psychiatrist was good, but my overall experience with billing is just awful

I love my therapist Ashley!!! She is kind, sweet and understanding and knows what to say and is a very good explainer on topics. All the front desk employees and healthcare providers I work with are nice as well!!! I look forward to therapy because I know it’s going to be a GREAT experience :)

I came here as a teen and explained my situation of not being able to live at home and having an abusive boyfriend that I was staying with. I asked for help and my therapist assumed that I was asking for money instead of a referral to a shelter. I had been seeing her for months and I didn’t go back.
