If I could leave zero stars I sure would. I have been dealing with Centerstone for my medication for many years now and not a single appointment has been easy to come by. The amount of times they will cancel your appointment and then tell you to call back at a later date to reschedule is so incredibly frustrating. Several times I’ve had to reschedule because THEY have cancelled my appointment only for the receptionists to scold me about making it to my appointments on time. I want to begin by acknowledging my therapist, Ashley, who has been a tremendous support to me over the past few months. Her compassion and guidance have made a meaningful difference in my healing journey. Unfortunately, my overall experience at the Gallatin location has been deeply disappointing and hurtful. I moved to Gallatin from Chicago,UL in 2016. In 2016I experienced a mental meltdown. I did not have a clue what was going on In 2017, I went to Cenerstone in Gallatin. Through the help of the different therapists and my Psychologist, Christy, I am able to function again, better then ever before
