The literal disrespect from a nurse, disgusting. As someone who works in customer service, I would never talk to another person like that. As a mother whose child has been without medication for 5 days and I’m being told ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Maybe not be rude and help me fix the issue. Myself and the pharmacy have been contacting this office since last week and still no answer or solution. Absolutely ridiculous!
I’ve been a patient for almost a year. I’ve been on many waitlists, and they just don’t have the utilities they need. I’ve been waiting for a therapist for almost a YEAR, and have been on the SUICIDE pathway the entire period. I needed help. Dire help. Please do not waste your time or energy with this place! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH! I would give 0 stars if I could. They will mistreat you, drain you, and try to bill you for all kinds of extra services you never even asked for. THEY ARE HIGHLY UNETHICAL! Over the course of 9 business days, I have spent many hours (20+ hours) since I went to a walk-in intake on 6/1/26 to try to urgently establish basic counselling services for my child.
