These people have no idea who they may be dealing with at times, I have caught them in three (3) lies already, and they send nurses to people house for assessments and they speak little English and in my opinion doesn't have their notes from the first two (2) assessments correct, I have filed a complaint on them. Please take my advice, "Find Another Company."
From the provider aspect, terrible insurance company. They decided to term our contract and for no reason. Everyone is working from home and they incompetent.
What a horrible insurance. They don’t care about the elderly, they constantly deny services to the elderly. Their RN’s who conduct assessments virtually not even in person provide fraudulent information to benefit themselves. Unorganized. People please get your elderly parents out of this company. They should be shut down for the service they provide. I am speaking from personal experience.
