New patient that tried to call and make appointment. Person in charge of new patients does not work Monday. Left message. Left second message Tuesday. No call back. Go to website and try to use forms to try and get a call back to make appointment. All forms on website broken. Received authorization to a different pain medicine practice.

Staff always pleasant & helpful. Dr Daniels is always pleasant & friendly. I have been working with Elizabeth during covid & doing zoom appts. She is also great to work with. Have had a positive experience with all overall.

I was in search of a new Pain Management doctor who would listen, as well as understand what I was saying about my pain. My insurance referred me to Centers of Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine in which I saw Dr. Shinto Koshy. When I first met him I came prepared with all of my past pain management files, all of my orthopedic surgeon records and my medications. Dr Shinto Koshy is one of the best doctors I have ever been too. Top 3 for sure and I have probably seen around 50-75 doctors in the last 7 years since I have been diagnosed with chronic health/pain conditions. I am so thankful I have found CRPM. All of the staff are wonderful as well. Everyone is friendly, helpful and compassionate. Very professional, kind, conscious, integrative and cutting edge. I appreciate the great service. :)

The atmosphere and tone of the office was unfriendly and impersonal. The staff was not caring or friendly. The staff was way to strict. They do not work with the patient. They just snap orders at you. The staff is unfriendly and impersonal and immature. I do not like my blood pressure taken by machine. When the machine is used, it inflates, then deflates, than reinflates tighter than before, by third time if the machine does it, my arm cannot no longer handle it, and I remove the blood pressure cuff and refuse to have my blo... read more
