I accompanied my mother to her appointment at the Miami Lakes location, and the experience was disappointing. During her treatment, the doctor (Cuban, Bald with glasses mid to late 50’s easily well over 6’2 in height) answered a personal phone call and had a conversation about furniture purchases (Rooms 2 Go with his wife/girlfriend) while we were sitting there.
