RUDE staff member in the Bala Cynwyd Office Pauline specifically. Pauline intentionally hung up on me when, I called to reschedule an appointment. She yelled and accused me of hanging up on her when, I called to cancel the initial appointment. Someone with that attitude should not be answering phones.

As a patient of Dr. Gittens, I can attest that he is a most excellent Urologist using the most cutting edge, state of the art techniques and treatment modalities. I saw him for a very unusual medical condition that was considered untreatable by the other professionals I saw. He is a polite, empathic and exceptionally skilled professional.

Dr. Gittens is the absolute best! He is kind, warm and spends a lot of time answering my questions. The MonaLisa Touch laser treatment has changed my life for the better! Every breast cancer survivor and post-menopausal woman like me should consider this treatment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gittens, his staff and the treatments they provide! Thank you!!

Pretty disappointed in my experience with Dr.Gittens.His website boasted different modalities in urology that other practioners had not.I met with him at his NYC location.He was accommodating as I was late for the appointment. His staff is also very friendly. That was the only good that came of this.He did a routine exam, and really provided nothing more than what a standard urologist has to offer.Upon conclussion of the appointment, I did have faith in him though... as he said he could get me better and will do his best.I m... read more
