I can't begin to tell you how wonderful and genuinely "life changing" my experience with the Centers for Hearing Care has been. The staff (Carolyn) was extremely personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the testing procedures, the results of my testing and the numerous options available to help me hear again. If you or someone you know is dealing with hearing loss, tell them not to put it off any longer, contact the Centers for Hearing Care, you should hear what you have been missing!
I had wax impacting both of my eardrums and couldn’t get into an ear nose and throat doctor for months and I can’t use an urgent care because they use irrigation which doesn’t work for my sticky ear wax. Gemini suggested this place, saying they use suction and other methods that would work. This place was great! The lady who scheduled me understood what I was dealing with and got me paired with a doctor who specializes in what I was experiencing. She was wonderful, I could not have been happier! 10/10.

Dr. Merry provided an excellent evaluation and analysis skills with personality, which is very appreciated. It's a huge step to start wearing hearing aides but I am looking forward to hearing what's out there. Thank you, Dr. Merry for making this process actually pleasurable. Go Zips!
