Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Doctor I recently visited Care One Medical Group Walnut with my brother for a routine checkup, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. As patients, we expect to be heard and treated with respect, but unfortunately, this doctor failed in every way possible. You sit and wait for your appointments for over an hour everytime.
My Dr retired so I started at CFFM in Cypress. I can only come on Wed and although I've had a few different Dr's now have Dr Cindy Jen. When a new patient I had tests & x-rays & blood work. They have seen to my illnesses and sent me to specialists for problems with colon, heart, arthritis and to specialist for back surgery. The staff are friendly and everyone seems well informed on how to treat patients. I especially like that there's a Lab on site.
