$50 to book an appointment when I have insurance for my child. The $50 DOESNT go towards anything. They don't bill it to insurance and all because they refuse to verify insurance before your appointment. They don't care if you cant afford the $50 payment it is due before they will even confirm the appointment. And of course only place that take my insurance within at lest 60 to 100 miles.
