Front office staff and front office manager in particular is very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help patients. I also saw the front office manager laughing at me directly multiple times while I was voicing my concerns. Is that the kind of care you want a front office staff to provide to their patients. If not, do not choose this office.
I have always had a great experience here. Sheri is a rockstar! I very much would recommend Kyle Platz, he has done so much for me over the past few years.
Matt Floresch is my doctor and he is an amazing person. Treats me like family and you can truly cares about you and your health.
