I absolutely love my dr., unfortunately the front desk lady has been so rude through phone call and in person. First episode was with BP150/105. A BCBS nurse recommended for me to call and make an appointment. The front desk lady told me, “We will see about that and prompted other false information (btw I am a nurse and know what I can do).” Secondly I went to check in for labs and wanted to ask two questions, I asked, with her answers, it prompted me to ask an additional question. Dr. Megan and Tiffany and Erica nurses are excellent. They are great listeners and respond in a timely manner. I always feel heard and understood. My elderly Mom, myself and my husband all receive excellent and compassionate care. I recommended them all the time!
Center Pointe has been incredible for me in the few short months I’ve been with them. They truly care about the patients, and once you’re established, it’s SO easy to get an appointment quickly. I am so grateful for Dr. Platz and the people at CenterPointe Physicians Group. My previous doctor retired, which by the way was excellent as well. Dr. Platz is always very thorough and shows genuine concern for my medical needs. He is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend CenterPointe.
