Great place with affordable price. I really feel the luxury of the apartment unlike others who use cheap materials and appliances. RB is disciplined and fosters a culture of discipline among everyone, creating a positive environment and maintaining high standards.
I highly suspect they post fake vacancies in order to collect application fees. Called 10+ times and no response. Despicable honestly
My husband and I loved living here! If you're looking for a cozy spot to call home that's within walking distance to downtown Riverside, this is your place. The vibe here was unbeatable – it was relaxed, quiet, and welcoming right from the get-go. The apartments themselves are top-notch for rentals. Lived here for 2 years with nothing but good things to say about it. Fantastic quiet community, incredibly friendly staff, and quick response to any question you may have. Would highly recommend living here
Terrible location , came out to visit my brother this summer , he lives in these overpriced “luxury “ apartments in the riverside downtown area which is a dirty and terrible area! He advised me better off parking on the street and not the guest parking because my vehicle might get towed if not moved within 2 hours , I find it ridiculous that tenants wouldn’t have a designated guest parking for overnight guest .
