My roommate and I lived here for over three years while we were in nursing school. We were two young women living alone in Riverside without any family nearby, and this place truly felt like home. The management was amazing! always kind, responsive, and made us feel safe the entire time. We never had any issues, which is rare for a downtown area. I honestly would have stayed longer if I hadn’t taken a job in Orange County. I’m so thankful we found this place when we did, the price is extremely reasonable for the luxury!
I absolutely loved living at Centerpointe! The entire complex was always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. My apartment had a spacious, open layout with a balcony view that I adored. It was easy to maintain, and any maintenance requests were handled promptly and professionally. The staff made living there even better, especially the manager, RB. I can’t say enough good things about our time living here. It’s a small community of people who look out for each other. RB and his team take care of everyone and are incredibly generous.
Great place with affordable price. I really feel the luxury of the apartment unlike others who use cheap materials and appliances. RB is disciplined and fosters a culture of discipline among everyone, creating a positive environment and maintaining high standards.
I highly suspect they post fake vacancies in order to collect application fees. Called 10+ times and no response. Despicable honestly
