I loved this place calling it home for aprox 1.5 years during my time at Yale. I recommend it especially who are / will be doing a fellowship at med school or alike as it's pretty close by. Special shout out to Corrine, she was totally amazing and always comes with a smile and helped whenever I needed. Cheers!
I lived here for 2 years and overall had a really great experience. I was in one of a 1-bedroom loft unit on the second floor — loved the high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and all the extra storage space. Pros: The space is gorgeous and spacious! It had everything I wanted and more: island kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, etc. The staff and management were super friendly and helpful throughout my time there. My overall experience at Centerpointe was very positive - I lived in NYC and other apartment buildings for many years and this was one of the nicest and best maintained places I lived. I lived at Centerpointe for a year and had mixed feelings about my time here. The Good: - Location - the building is in Downtown New Haven, where it is a 10-15 minute walk to Union Station and all the restaurants - Amenities - washer/dryer and dishwasher in each unit - The super, Julio, was fantastic! He was extremely helpful and very attentive to requests.
