Great service, very professional, friendly staff
The front desk staff are efficient and helpful. The nurses were kind and thorough. I appreciate the Dr.’s willingness to spend time talking and answering questions. It’s a busy office. I do appreciate the app which allows patients to log in and review notes and test results
Everyone was so coordinated from check-in to taking vitals to the actual visit and checkout. I was actually late but they got me thru the process and not waste my appointment. Kudos to that team.
I wasn't able to make my appointment yesterday and called early enough to free up a spot for another patient and was able to be seen this morning. I know that is not the typical experience, and I appreciate the front desk, Stacy, being so prompt to get me in where another patient had canceled. And let's admit that is great customer service.
This office handles patients that are regular people like you and me. They are respectful, kind and listen, no matter what you want to talk about. They make you feel at ease. So, if you don't understand anything, asked them again or turn up your hearing aid. They want to help you. But remember their hands are tied to by other businesses. So be patient. They are their for you like they are for me. Thank you.
