Friendly, courteous and efficient staff. Doctor walked into my room at my appointment time. I am proactive in taking care of myself and prioritize prevention over treatment. Medical staff took time to ask questions and listen to my responses, so I felt that my medical team was engaged in providing care and not just checking boxes. Fantastic experience.
I was able to call last night with some troubling symptoms, got an appointment first thing the following morning. Once I arrived, I was almost immediately brought back and received quick care. We were able to work out a good plan for future care.
Everyone from the office staff to the medical staff are just wonderful.
Physician falsely documented an assessment she did not do then billed me for 2 visits in one. Called the practice manager who said she would waive it and bill just keeps coming back. The phone service is horrible. Can't speak to anyone directly at the office anymore. Good luck getting an appointment and when you do, be prepared to wait, and get double billed.
My visit is always brief and informative. The staff is outstanding and nice.
