Due to some reorganization, I was not able to see Dr. Orlando whom I normally see. Usually don’t see a nurse practitioner. Was happily surprised with Ava, she was sweet and personable and attentive and focused on my needs.
Care was great and people were professional and friendly. Had to spend 8 1/2 hours in exam room at the ER
