Very nasty facility. Smells of marijuana the second you open the door. If you call to speak to a member of the clinical staff, or to schedule an appointment, you are redirected to a third party service, and the "nurse" you speak with is in another state. Also, having a scheduled appointment doesn't mean anything. If you don't confirm it, they will cancel it. Correct, scheduling an appointment isn't considered confirming.

We have been at Centerpoint for a few years now. We have always had a great experience with the providers and staff.
I have been going here for six years. Dr. Daufell has been wonderful to work with. She always tries to make sure all my questions are answered. It took two years working with Dr Daufell on meds etc. December 2023 all my cholesterol and blood sugar numbers were normal for the first time in many years. I usually don’t have problems getting appointments. I am pleased I chose Centerpoint Health for my PCP and clinic
