Dalen Farmer is one of the worse attorneys that I have ever dealt with. He was hired to handle my mother's estate. She was a resident in Davidson County. Farmer wrote my mother's will which waived an inventory and a final accounting. The law, however, allows a remainder beneficiary to demand an inventory and a final accounting. I made that demand. Farmer did not know how to prepare an accounting and he has ignored what the Probate Judge told him to do. I hope he gets held in contempt!!
Dalen Farmer was hired by my brother to represent my mother's estate. I am a remainder beneficiary in her Will and I have tried to get detailed information about a promissory note due the estate from my cousin but Mr. Farmer refuses to provide that information. The balance on the note is around $88,000 and the note is several years delinquent. Attorney Farmer likes to play games with me and I would not recommend him to anyone.
