At first I thought this was a great place to go. Felt like I was heard..but here I am making this review. McCoy, said she was gonna help me with my symptoms. But she never put anything in my chart. Also blamed my physical symptoms to my mental health. I have a lump in my arm that is now the size of a golf ball. When she said it was going away. Well it hasn't. Don't go here.
Nice clean building. Friendly staff. Love my Nurse Practitioner Mrs. Diane Corley. She takes care of my COMPLETE HEALTH .
I just had my first experience at this clinic and I must say it was a great one. As the Practice Manager for a large Urgent Care corporation with several years of Healthcare Leadership experience I can honestly say this place is set up great for primary care. I have to give a shout out to Chyanne, MA she was very polite and sweet, great bedside manner. Melissa, NP was also very understanding and had a great bedside manner as well.
