Very frustrating customer service they can't access my account without a pin number that I was never provided.when I said I would come to the office they stated customers weren't allowed. I tried to use my email and they said it wasn't converted to a new system so it wouldn't work. I have never had so much difficulty in accessing an account and trying to pay a bill. Now I know why Summit Utilities has a 1.3 star rating and they appear not to be doing a aything to improve it.
The worst. I don’t know how they are getting away with what they’re doing to consumers but as of today it is my mission to go through all necessary channels to do what I can to put a stop to it. In the meantime, I’ll live without gas service. I went through this same crap many years ago when it was Centerpoint. They over billed me to the tune of a couple of hundred dollars. New home owner in Benton, AR so just 3 months in. I have two full months of a bill. This month is over $100 more than last month. I don't have anything but a hot water heater and furnace. I keep my thermostat about 68. This month is $426.83 ! That's almost half my mortgage !! I know for a fact my usage could not have changed that much from the previous month. This is the worst utility company that I have ever used. They are unethical business altogether. Forget the prices that are outrageous. I am a long customer of them for many years now close to a decade and every single bill has been paid on time. And it’s quite a bit of money because we have a large house.
