Absolutely terrible company. I would advise anyone & everyone to use any other provider available. They offer a call option to let you know they are on their way but, I never received a call from their tech. They expect you to be at home all day with no notice and terrible service. I do not usually post but, if you have any other options do not use this company.
My elderly mother (81) paid her bill thru the automated bill pay system. She received her confirmation number. 4 days later a kind gentleman arrived at her house to shut it off. Month after month after month, the absolute worst gas company I’ve ever had to deal with, while the are making record profits.
I don't know if a phone system could be any worse ! I would highly recommend all electric if you are building a new structure.... Oh, and a1 Star rating is too high !

First of all, Summit Utilities or the contractors they have hired to do the work, came in March around Spring Break and dug up locations in my front yard and my neighbors yards. I totally understand that but nothing has been done since that time until this week. I have had their barriers in my yard since then and have had to mow around them…..no problem. Today they finally lay the new gas line and put in new meter. Again, no problem but when I got home my yard was not looking so great. I unders... read more
