If you can use anyone else, do it do not use these people they’re horrible. They will not fix anything. They will not check anything. They don’t care if you die. I wouldn’t even have given them one star. Their customer service is rude. Their technicians are rude. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with.

What a joke this company is I hate that I actually have to work with them. They wanna put me through a ringer and jump through all their damn hoops for over a week to try to get gas turned on and I followed every one of their damn instructions just for them to wait three more days for me to get my gas turned on now I have three babies that have to wait even longer to take a damn hot/warm shower and this Mama is pissed. I only need gas, for hot water. I work 12 hour shifts so I’m rarely home. My gas bill, get up to 500 dollars. I’m to the point, I don’t care about it being disconnected. There’s no way, I’m using that much hot water. Currently looking for a new place, that doesn’t require gas.
This is the worst utility company that I have ever used. They are unethical business altogether. Forget the prices that are outrageous. I am a long customer of them for many years now close to a decade and every single bill has been paid on time. And it’s quite a bit of money because we have a large house.
