Absolutely useless phone directory. Designed to make you hang up in frustration. Can't leave a voicemail and when you hit zero you get transferred to another entirely useless department that cant even transfer you to where you need to be. If you cant take my call or even let me leave a voicemail, there's absolutely no way I'd be comfortable pursuing therapy with you. You'd think a profession such as mental health care would give prospective patients the courtesy of answering their call. Not CenterPointe, apparently.

Claude has helped my husband and I, and my parents for years. He is THE best therapist is KC hands down. We have seen tons of counselors and he was a good fit from the very first appointment and we still see him as a couple 6 years later. I have referred tons of friends and colleagues to him.

I Love Claude Brunell here. I have seen him for about 7 years constantly. I have seen great leaps and bounds since starting. Even people who my husband and I refer him to really enjoy seeing him.

Highly recommend Luci Lee!! She is a great listener and good at breaking things down in a way you can understand and giving you real life examples of her own to make you feel like you are not alone!
