Chris at the front desk is an amazing individual that clearly values his role within Centerpoint. He speaks with respect, and knowledge. He once went beyond his expected responsibility and set me up to meet with my provider when I had discovered that I had walked to Centerpoint, and my provider wasn't there. While she most certainly was there, he still set me up in a private room when he could have opted to do nothing. Thank you, Chris! Additionally, the providers here are quality people. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience this time around here. We were told multiple times by a doctor and nurse that the cast saw would absolutely not cut my son. Well, it surely did. Over and over again all down his leg. When I told the nurse it cut him she said, “Oh, with the waterproof lining it can be tricky.” Then why did you make me and my 4 year old feel dumb for him screaming and crying when it was actually cutting him? I'm pretty old, and I've moved a lot in my life for work. So I've dealt with many, many clinics. Many (but not all) had clean, modern and comfortable facilities like this one. Some (but not all) had highly experienced and professional providers like Madison. But at not a single other place did the entire staff show the kind of understanding, empathy and basic human kindness that I experienced here. Thank you.
