Robert and David were the worker who came to do our skylight touch up repair and replaced the smoke alarms. They were on time, friendly, neat, careful, clean up and very professional.
Called Center Point 3 days ago requesting the written proof that they went out to our condo at the Americana Complex which is poorly managed by SDHOA. Here is the truth of the matter. I requested that SDHOA address a foundation concern that is part of the exterior portion of their responsibility. We are on the second story and our deck landing is crumbling due to foundation issues. SDHOA claimed that Center Point went out to our property and found nothing wrong.
