We used them for our maintenance HOA scope on a monthly basis. After a couple of months, they stopped showing up but continued to charge us. They excessively bid for one-off projects. Dishonest and unprofessional.
Robert and David were the worker who came to do our skylight touch up repair and replaced the smoke alarms. They were on time, friendly, neat, careful, clean up and very professional.
Called Center Point 3 days ago requesting the written proof that they went out to our condo at the Americana Complex which is poorly managed by SDHOA. Here is the truth of the matter. I requested that SDHOA address a foundation concern that is part of the exterior portion of their responsibility.
